In 2018, Concord released its long-term comprehensive plan as the outcome of a multi-year process.  The plan is being reviewed tonight by the Concord Select Board as to updates and progress.  Carlisle is involved in a recent master planning process as well led by a Master Plan Steering Committee that meets regularly.
