Be Well Be Here collaborates with Maureen Miller of Yoga NH to offer Restorative / Yoga Nidra Level I Training for yoga teachers and enthusiasts. The RY-YN, Level I training is open to all – you do not have to be a yoga teacher or teacher-in-training to attend. Join us to learn new ways to enrich your personal practice, and/or share the benefits with family and friends. Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra enhance happiness and joy, contribute to reduced stress, and integrate the body-mind-spirit in ways that help us deal with life’s challenges with a more positive mindset. As Maureen shares, “The practices of RY and YN help reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase calmness in the body, mind and emotions. Once people experience RY and/or YN, they understand how much yoga has to offer beyond postures – and typically make the choice to integrate these practices into their daily lives on a regular basis for greater well-being.”

$225 early bird registration before March 15; $250 after March 15
Yoga Teachers: 14 hours toward Yoga NH Teacher Training or 14 hours for CEs for Yoga Alliance (11 during training, 3 hour homework)
