Life is busy. Life is chaotic. Life is dramatic, traumatic, and completely unapologetic. There is much we have little control over; however, we CAN change the way we feel by engaging, rather than avoiding or negating, our reality. Let us empty our energy ‘junk drawers’ and feel the flow of energy as we honor what it means to bring ourselves back into alignment with our self and into honest relationship with each other. Let’s commit to owning our experiences and engage them, right now, in forward motion, together. If there ever was a time to take courage in change, this is it: BE. FEEL. ACT. CARE. LISTEN. Yoga practice is a fundamental practice of self-inquiry. Nicole frames each practice using the Chakra Model of Subtle Energy to bring the experience of energy flow and somatic intelligence (our body’s wisdom) into all aspects of daily living. She works with very specific tools and techniques of yoga methodology to make this practice as accessible and inclusive as humanly possible – whether you are completely new to yoga, have physical or other limitations, or are an adept yogin who seeks to advance their practice of curiosity.
