Grades 6-12
Girls Who Code (GWC) is a non-profit organization that encourages more girls to close the gender gap in the computer science field. Girls in grades 6-12 will learn to code along with other beginners in an open and accepting environment. Learn to code animations, games, and websites.
This orientation will help girls decide whether they want to participate in the program. GWC is a 2-hour, weekly commitment from September through May.
Please register to help us plan the orientation session.
If you are unable to attend the orientation, but are still interested to participate in the program, please email Olivia Durant at odurant@minlib.net before September 10.
