Join us for a relaxing evening of sweet indulgence as we sip wines specially chosen to accompany the flavors of artisanal caramels. Together, we will appreciate why Pinot Noir complements deep chocolate caramel while a sweeter Moscato pairs ideally with ginger fusion caramel. And more! The class will be co-led by a professional wine reviewer and a caramel confectioner. A selection of caramel and wine samples will be available for safe, local pickup. For students 21+.
