Paul Revere: Man and Myth Virtual Forum

July 1, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

- Free

Concord Museum is presenting a Virtual Forum titled Paul Revere: Man and Myth from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Paul Revere and his midnight ride –immortalized as the harbinger of the dramatic escalation of the American colonial rebellion against the British Empire – has been celebrated in tales and songs throughout the centuries. But what really happened on April 18, 1775? Two experts shed light on the legendary ride and the man behind it, revealing the fascinating life of a fabled national hero who witnessed the birth of a nation. Nina Zannieri is the Executive Director of the Paul Revere Memorial Association in Boston; Robert Shimp is Research and Adult Program Director of the Paul Revere Memorial Association. Please note this forum is virtual. To register just go to www.concordmuseum.org. Participants will be emailed a link to watch the program “live” on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. The event is free, but donations are encouraged for the Museum’s education initiatives. This program is supported in part by the Sally Lanagan Fund.
