As parents prepare to send their children back to some version of school, students are understandably anxious about the coming transitions. How can we best support our children who are worried about leaving home and adjusting to an uncertain future? Building their resiliency and facing their fears will be some of the topics covered.
In this talk, Rachel Simmons will identify the challenges that parents and children are facing in the transition back to school. She will also share strategies for parents to support their children and themselves as we prepare for a new school year. The presentation will conclude with a Q & A session. Space is limited.
