The Concord Municipal Light Plant (CMLP) is implementing a new billing system that will combine all town utilities: electric, water, sewer and internet on one bill. Join a CMPL representative to learn what the changes will be and what you can expect. The Rep will go over the new bill format and how to interpret all the information that will be included on your bill. You will soon have the choice to go paperless or not. CMLP is also going to start accepting payment via credit cards to make bill paying easier.
