The MUSIC MAKES ME HAPPY Chorus is presenting its Tenth Anniversary Concert: “Celebrating a Decade of Joy and Inspiration” on Sunday afternoon, June 8, 2025 at 3 p.m. in the Main Stage Theatre of the Umbrella Arts Center at 40 Stow Street in Concord, MA 01742.
The MUSIC MAKES ME HAPPY Chorus is comprised of a diversity of special needs people. We come from 14 Massachusetts towns; we range in age fifty years from 22 to 70s; we have a mixture of talents, abilities, and interests. What we share is that we all love to sing, love each other, and love singing for and with you at our concerts! Our chorus motto is: “Making the world happier one song at a time”.
We invite you to come join us on June 8th to listen and sing-along on favorite songs chosen from our decade of concerts… songs that reflect our mission to make people happy and spread joy, to build self-esteem and appreciate diversity, to create community and support one another, to follow our dreams with hope and courage. Songs like: Consider Yourself , On the Sunny Side of the Street, Sing, When You’re Smiling, High Hopes, Over the Rainbow, Climb Ev’ry Mountain, and more.
Our celebration will extend to a festive reception following the concert, where we will be eager to talk to you!
