Join Lara JK Wilson, MA, GCMS, of Be Well Be Here, for a session on mindful transitions. The event will take place on Monday, May 13 at 7:30 PM at the Concord Free Public Library at 129 Main Street.
Life is full of change: school years end, kids leave for college, parents age, health concerns arise, careers shifts, unexpected events unfold – oh my! How can we face life’s transitions without feeling utterly overwhelmed? One way is to experience life as moments of possibility through mindful wellness practices. As Roz Zander writes in The Art of Possibility: Transforming Professional and Personal Life, we can “draw a different frame around the same set of circumstances and new pathways come into view.” Join us to discuss cultivating new practices that reduce anxiety and help us thrive. Launch your adventure toward possibility and contentment!
A meditator for over thirty years, Lara’s practices explore how mindfulness and the creative process benefit health.
