Pause with intention to re-energize naturally! Join BWBH for FREE Online Midweek Mindful Meditation every Wednesday at 4pm. Learn simple mindfulness techniques that help regulate emotions, ground the body and soothe the mind. Research shows that mindful meditation positively impacts all systems of the body, especially when practiced regularly. Resolve to reinvigorate (without caffeine!) for 30 minutes and Be graced by a mindful moment.
