Mother Daughter Book-Club Author Visit (grades 3 – 8)
Join us in the Children’s Room of the Concord Free Public Library (Main) for a special event with Heather Vogel Frederick, author of the Mother Daughter Book-Club series. The talk will focus on the first book in the series, which is based on Little Women. Program is free of charge. light refreshments will be served.

The Town of Concord will be celebrating Little Women Week from December 15th to December 22nd. This week will feature events themed around Louisa May Alcott and her famous work, Little Women. This week celebrates both the book as well as the release of the Little Women movie from Columbia Pictures and SONY directed by Greta Gerwig.

See a collection of activities hosted by the Town of Concord, local museums and businesses and join in on the Little Women themed fun. Join the Town of Concord as we celebrate this special experience and explore not only the Town that inspired Little Women but was the filming location of many scenes in the upcoming film.
