Learn how to make these pillowy, chewy, crispy, potato and onion filled Polish dumplings! For this class, you can choose to participate in-person or online. Adrienne will teach how to make the dough and filling, proper assembling procedure, and how to cook them. You will also make a sour cream and scallion dressing. Adrienne will email you the ingredient and kitchen tool lists.
Join in in-person (at Lincoln-Sudbury High School) or zoom in from home! Please choose the appropriate session when you register.
If in-person, you will need to gather the items on the lists to bring to class and take the prepared pierogi home to cook.
