Join experienced yoga instructor, Nancy Webber, for this 45-minute workshop. The face, head, neck, and shoulders tend to hold a great deal of tension. Additionally, our eyes tend to become dry and strained during the day. This workshop will feature 23 different fun exercises to practice relieving stress and tension in the head, neck and shoulders. Some gentle eye exercises will be included to help with dry eyes and eye strain. Self-massage techniques for the face, neck and shoulders will be included to relieve tension and give you a more youthful feeling. The cost for the workshop is $5.00 per person, payable to the instructor, Nancy Webber. We need a minimum of 10 people run the workshop. Please call the COA office to sign up at 978-318-3020.
