Experience the tastes of the Big Easy, just in time for Mardi Gras! Take a culinary trip to New Orleans in the comfort of your own home. Inspired by the popular New Orleans sandwich, we’ll start with muffaletta deviled eggs. Then learn how to make your own chicken and sausage jambalaya. Finally your Mardi Gras celebration isn’t complete without a king cake! You will receive recipes, ingredient and kitchen equipment list a few days before class. Ingredients are available at local markets. There will also be instructions for any prep you will need to do beforehand.
