Concord’s Memory Cafe is a welcoming and safe place for people with forgetfulness or other changes in their thinking, and for family and friends to come together. The Cafe is a place to talk with others who understand what you are going through and to leave behind limitations and focus on strengths. Complimentary lunch is provided and a creative activity or entertainment is included on the second Monday of each month. On July 8, piano player Jerry Hurley will entertain with old songs and new ones and the August entertainment is yet to be announced. The Concord Memory Café is sponsored by Right at Home, Bedford, CareOne in Concord and Concord Park. Please visit www.jfcsboston.org/memoryCafeDirectory for a listing of Memory Cafes in Massachusetts. Please call the COA if you plan to attend any Café at 978-318-3020.
