Cary Stough, of the Concord Free Public Library, will be facilitating multiple series of College Essay Bootcamp for future college students in need of help on their CommonApp essays.
In the first series, students will brainstorm essay topics, learn writing shortcuts, and upgrade their sentence skills: all of which will result in essays that speak out and stand above the crowd.
The program will take place on Mondays in the Teen Room of the Concord Main Library from 4:30-5:30pm. The first session begins 9/13 and ends 10/4.
Registration is limited, though students are permitted to register after the starting date. Register here: https://concordlibrary.assabetinteractive.com/calendar/college-essay-bootcamp-3/
The second series, taking place later in October, will focus on editing, revision, and rewriting.
