The January ConcordCAN Sustainable Coffee will be an engaging and active input session for Concord’s Climate Action Plan, Whether or not you attended the Sustainable Concord Open House in December, please come and participate, as this will be very different and we hope, quite effective at eliciting valuable ideas from the community. We want to be sure that what is important to you is considered in the plan. Kate Hanley, Concord’s Sustainability Director, will provide an overview of the big picture goals of the climate action plan. Participants will be seated at five different tables, corresponding to the five pillars of the climate action plan (Buildings, Energy, Community, Mobility, and Natural Resources/Land Use), with each table contributing ideas to each of the pillars.
