The Concord Free Public Library invites 1st and 2nd graders and their caregivers to join us at the Chapter One Book Club. The Chapter One Book Club is a place where both young bookworms and reluctant readers can get a welcoming beginning to their first book club. We will choose a new chapter book each month to read. The Chapter One Book Club typically meets on the last Monday of each month from 6:30pm – 7:30pm in the Children’s Library at the Main Library. Come for a friendly discussion, a fun activity, and snacks for a cozy start to your book club adventure!
We will have our first meeting on Monday, October 24 at 6:30pm. Our first book will be Notebook of Doom: Chomp of the Meat-Eating Vegetables by Troy Cummings. Registration is required, and a book will be reserved for you after registration is complete.
