The Concord Council on Aging (COA) monthly offers a Caregiver’s Support Group open to anyone caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s or related dementias. The group meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month and is overseen and facilitated by Nicole Saia, COA Social Services Coordinator.
