Drawing from our foundation of classical training, we will explore how to develop your creativity through improvisation. During the workshop, you will learn many aspects of improvisation for the cello using extended bowing techniques, harmonics, rhythm, chord changes, and more.

Students will be divided into groups based on ability and will work with both instructors to develop these new skills and establish a foundation for future improvisation exploration.
