Art Matters – ” Impressionism” See, Discuss, Reflect

April 9 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

- Free

The Impressionists were painters of light, nature and human nature. Having little in common except a common enemy “the Academy”, artists like Renoir, Monet and Degas defied convention and changed the way the world looked at art. Your invited for a close examination of paintings that moved the world into the modern era. Art matters displays over sized copies of painting in salon style to encourage comparison. If you are vision challenged, the paintings are large enough to enjoy the details. This presentation is free of charge thanks to the proceeds from Harvey’s Treasure Chest Gift Shop. Please call 978-318-3020 to capture your seat.
