It’s Zen-like and it’s indoors… the sport of traditional recurve archery! You may discover your new, favorite leisure activity while increasing flexibility and muscle memory through the gentle repetition of the shot process. This timeless activity may be enjoyed at any age regardless of athletic ability or skill and it’s beginning to become a favorite at the Massachusetts Senior Games. Certified instructors from “On the Mark Archery” will provide all the equipment and before instructing you, will guide you through a light warm-up and stretch routine before each class.
